Resort Showcase – Coronado Springs Resort
Stunning lighting and tropical greenery welcome guests from the second they arrive on property.
Opened in 1997, the Moderate resort exudes southwestern opulence, and was the first Moderate resort on Walt Disney World property to feature a convention center.
Rooms are divided among four separately-themed areas, inspired by Mexican cabanas, Southwestern ranches, Spanish casitas, etc. In 2019, the opening of Gran Destino Tower brought an additional 15-stories of guestrooms, and a new lobby to welcome all guests of Coronado Springs Resort.
Rooms
Warm tones and natural materials give this resort a modern and inviting feel.
A large menu of room sizes and styles is bound to suit most travelers to Walt Disney World. The warm, earthy tones from main areas carry over to guestrooms, with intricate patterns and natural materials.
Choose from Standard or King rooms with either Standard or Water views, or Preferred rooms to stay close to the action of El Centro’s dining, shopping and transportation. These rooms sleep between two and four adults across a King or Double Queen bed layout.
One-bedroom suites and casitas accommodate up to four adults, with a King bed and Queen sleeper-sofa, as well as seating and dining areas. Executive Suites can sleep up to eight adults across one King bed, two Queen beds, and one Queen sleeper-sofa. This suite also includes a full dining and lounge area to spread out.
Over at Gran Destino Tower, choose from a Standard Tower room with Water or Standard views, or upgrade to Club Status in a Standard, Deluxe suite, one-bedroom suite or Presidential suite.
