Heather is from Boston and her first trip to Disney was in 1991 right after high school. Since that first trip she couldn’t wait to someday take her own family. Now Heather, her husband Rich and two children travel here every year. Heather has been planning trips for family for years. She also has a daughter with severe food allergies and understands how stressful that can be when you take a vacation. Disney has always been the place that her daughter feels special, not different. Heather has eaten at many of the restaurants over the years and looks forward to sharing her experience and help other family’s see what a wonderful trip they can have. She takes pride in knowing that her clients have a magical vacation and make lasting memories.

Heather loves many of the resorts like the Grand Floridian but her family’s favorite resort is the Coronado Springs Resort. They love that it is a moderate resort but has many of the deluxe property amenities. The grounds are gorgeous with a beautiful swimming pool, 40 person hot tub, and spa. They also have several dining options with one of them being Toledo which is located in the tower overlooking the resort. After a nice meal you can go across the hall and sit on the expansive deck and watch the fireworks.

Heather loves travelling the world and enjoys helping families have a wonderful experience. Some of her favorites are Aruba, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. Along with helping clients, she also loves to share additional tips and tricks to make the most out of their vacation.
